When you first walk in the space seems cramped but once you walk in there's plenty of room. A few tables next to storage tanks and the bar area. There is an amazing patio area where everyone likes to hang out. I personally enjoy just sitting at the bar. I have been many times and every time the bartenders are happy, quick to say hello, and quick to take the order (unless they are packed you'll have to wait a minute. Oh Well).
I've tried all the beers I personally do not like IPAs but my buddy loves them so I'll say that one is just as good. My favorites are the Royal Stout and Copper City Ale. I always buy growlers and take them home. My home bar is almost finished so I will be buying kegs of both!!

Definitely worth the visit. A small brewery with lots of character in Old Bisbee. Seven beers on tap; got the full flight. Most noteworthy were the pilsner, which we also had on tap with lunch at a local restaurant, the copper ale, the Holy Grail IPA made with local indigenous hops, and the Salut French resurrection brew. The double IPA was less hoppy than expected. Holy Grail had a unique, intriguing flavor. The Salut was clear, crisp, and fruity, reminiscent of Normandy in my mind. I'd love to find the recipe to try at home.

This was stop #2 along a pub crawl for my wife and I and two friends in the greater Tucson area. The pub is located in the congested, former brewing district of downtown Bisbee, and the brewhouse is in an adjacent building. The taproom is small, and there is some brewing equipment there that takes up space regardless that the brewhouse is next door. A patio is also available for additional seating. The small bar has seating for 6-8 people.
There are 10 taps, but only 7 beers were on the menu (plus two blends from the 7), and two of the 7 beers were out (both are said to be the most popular beers) which left 5, so we ordered a sampler of 7 beers that included the two blends. Four of the five beers were brewed right to style, but they were just average or slightly better (although the Double Hopped IPA was notably better). We didn't try to rate the two blends or one of the beers that was called 'Salut!' because it was a clone attempt at a Zima-style beer, which we had no comparison experience with that beer in order to rate it. It was a bit weird.
A minimal food list is available to order a brat or chili, but we didn't have either of them. This was a nice place to visit, and it might have been a better experience if the weather was warmer to enjoy the patio because it looked so inviting. We'd go back if we're ever in town again.

Need to understand their water and Ph...their stout is very good. Others are weak and almost flavorless. The water profile must be very alkaline which might explain a lot. Adjust your Ph for your beer and I'm sure they will improve dramatically. Best of luck!
