"In order to create AROMA TONE, a brew that shows the best characteristics of low malt liquor, the malts are carefully selected and research was carried out on heating up and conversion of sugars. New as well as traditional brewing technology was used. The resultant new type brew called Happoshu or low malt liquor, has the appeal of being inexpensive with a clean stimulating taste."
