The Australian Pizza Kitchen is a restaurant set in a pseudo-underground part of Baileys Arcade in the Canberra CBD. It was very busy even on the Wednesday night that we went, and noticeably noisy.
It's decorated as a family restaurant, which really, is what it is. They brew beer on the premises, changing the styles as time passes. Unfortunately, they only ever produce one at a time, so at any one visit, there will only be a single beer on the menu. The fact that it is a unique beer somewhat improves this fact, though.
The service was average, but not bad considering how busy the place was. The food was a little tasteless (I don't know if it was just me, but all the places in Canberra seemed to have rather bland food), but satisfying, and the experience overall was a good one.
