Appearance - Reddish-brown, 1 finger of head which reduced, some sediment.
Smell - Seemed non-existent at first, but a great sweet and nutty taste appeared when I had almost finished the glass.
Taste - Very rich and malty for a 4% ABV beer.
Mouthfeel - Good texture and carbonation
Drinkability - I'd love this as a session drink.
Overall - For a 4% ABV brown ale, this surprised me. Very good all round.

I found this amongst my collection, I thought I had finished them months ago! Quite tentative in most aspects, light carmel flavours, a bit compirmised on the hop flavour front . I thought it might have changed a bit more, given its (accidental) age. Not an extraordinary beer, but very drinkable.

ABIA 2003: Lightly caramelly with some floral hops to finish off. On the lightre side, but well balanced. Fairly mild and timid, with no real standout attractions, fairly soft, with some crispness in the finish, nothing special, but it was OK, not nasty or anything.
