Alright another new offering from down south and basically this is Raging Bull aged in Cognac barrels and it pours a very dark brown hue with a creamy two finger head that slowly transforms into a smog of cream across the top and a rim of lacing to match,the nose is packed full of Cognac along with a slight touch of vanilla,booze and oak I must admit its quite intimidating as I'm not your biggest spirit fan and just like a little yappy dog it's basically all bark well not exactly but the taste is well balanced and the start and finish are all about the Cognac but in a good way and the brief interruption of vanilla,oak,butterscotch,plum jam and figs don't allow the base beer to disappear just enhance Raging Bull to another level and yes I'd drink this as long as its around cheers.
