Pours a clear lighter golden color. Head is white and very frothy. It overflowed when the bartender poured it.
The nose is light, but there's a slight hop presence.
Taste a bit more hoppy up front than I expected. A bit of a bitter aftertaste. Not the best on the backside.
Feel is on the lighter side.
Overall a so so beer. Nothing that I can highly recommend.

This beer pours yellow with a large head. The aroma features light biscuit malts, lemon peel, pepper, lime zest, lemon flesh, and floral tones. The flavor is light and malt driven, with light biscuity malt, lime zest, rose, and pepper. The mouthfeel is very light and fizzy. Overall this is a decent lighter beer, but I wish it were a bit bolder, and maybe a toucher lighter in feel.

Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of orange, pine and toasted caramel. It was sweet at citrusy with a caramel sweetness.

Pours a clear gold with a thin head. Smells of straw, spicy hops, and lemon. Not super complex, but pleasant. The taste has a floral hop profile, backed up nicely by biscuit malt flavor. Extremely clean, and it tastes more like a pilsner than anything. Feel is medium bodied with a lot of carbonation. Goes down easy, taste isn't particularly complex, but as advertised, this is a solid summer beer. Shame it's rainy today.

Strong lemon aroma with some bread notes. Flavor profile is also dominated by lemon, to the point that I'm surprised it's all from Sorachi Ace hops. There is a biscuit and bread malt backing, tastes like wheat as well, but I don't know of any being used. Finish is both tart and sweet. Light bodied but very creamy. Good, lemony thirst quencher.

this is exactly what its name suggests it will be, a hot weather slammer. low in alcohol, high in carbonation, and with some solid flavor for a light blonde ale, i liked this on its own, but i also liked it with heavy food, a nice contrast and palate cleanser for sure. clear and bubbly on the pour, with an aroma of light biscuit and honey from the malt and a slight hint of citrus, maybe from the hops. the flavor has some distinct lemon to it, mostly later on, very summery and bright and vibrant and all of that, but there really is a nice biscuity malt base too, more going on than the typical light blonde ale, but not so much as to hamper drinkability even a little bit. i like the nice light body and the resonating and enormous carbonation. the lemon citrus thing lingers on the finish, very likely hop derived. fun beer, easy drinking, not at all boring. one of the first beers i have had from these guys. seeing more and more of their tap handles around the twin cities every time i visit though, so they must be catching on pretty well with the locals...

Pours a hazy, light yellow colour. Not much to the nose, light hops, pale malts, clean, and crisp. Tastes light, slight malts, citrus, lemon peel, crisp hops, refreshing.

Poured from a 12 oz. can into a chalice. Canned on 5/2/16.

Appearance: Pours a very cloudy yellowish orange with a moderate amount of bubbles. Solid finger of white head which settles into a thin patchy layer.

Smell: A crisp and fruity aroma with a scent of cracker and lemon. Barley malt with a scent of cracker, wheat, biscuit, and grains. Good presence of Sorachi Ace hops with a scent of tart lemon along with some grass. A pretty solid aroma.

Taste: Like it smells, a crisp and fruity taste with notes of cracker and lemon. Barley malt with notes of biscuit, wheat, cracker, and grains. Sorachi Ace hops with nice tart notes of lemon and some grass. Light honey like sweetness. A pretty good taste.

Mouthfeel: Light bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation. Crisp, clean, and smooth.

Overall: A pretty nice light Summer Ale. Nice lemon notes from the Sorachi Ace.
