From a 12oz can canned on 05/21/24
This beer is a very clear beer. It pours golden in color with amber hues. The head is a 1 finger white color. The head retention isn't the best and there's no lacing on the glass as it dissipates to a ring on the edge of the glass.
The nose is grapefruit. Powerful grapefruit. I am really not getting any other aroma, or any other hop aroma off it. I am not thinking the grapefruit is from the hops, though, I could be wrong.
Taste - Up front I get a bit of pine hint from the hops, but, then the grapefruit kicks in hard. The grapefruit doesn't kill the pine flavor, and hints of it lingers throughout.
The body is interesting. I like the feeling from the hops. Slightly clingy feeling. The grapefruit provides a bitter feeling.
I am still trying to figure this beer out. I don't think the grapefruit flavor is from the hops, but actual grapefruit. Now, this is messing with my mind, because I do get this flavor from hops now and then. It's a similar flavor, yet different at the same time. Am I liking this beer? Yes. Is it good? Yes. I am filling the Taste and overall numbers last on my review.

Listed as retired but on tap at Five West in Rochester.
Pours a nice copper colour with a head that lasts a fair amount of time. Not much nose, taste is some slight grapefruit (I don't pick much up until the finish), toasted bread and some tartness.

Listed as "retired". Pours a clear amber/gold with a cream-colored head, decent retention and spotty lacing. Aroma is faint but I'm getting the grapefruit. Flavor is bold, grapefruit in front with a nice dank piney finish. Feel is medium bodied, lightly carbonated (I prefer more carbonation.) Overall, very tasty. I'd have again.

State fair 2017
One of the winners of the state fair beers! White head with lace. Burnt sunset copper with a ruby red hue.
Ode to another level. All grapefruit. Ruby red squirt. Juicy hops. Earthy, floral, citrus. Wow! This is a nice non NE IPA. Well done. Skip the donut beer and get this.
