So, IPAs are a thing. Our brewers love making them and we know you like drinking them. This Experimental IPA umbrella will include our one-off IPA variations that we will pour at our taproom in Two Harbors only. We used a very traditional (yet trendy) style of yeast in this IPA; Kveik yeast. Flavors and aromas of fresh pineapple and papaya are at the forefront, helped along by a substantial dry-hopping. The added hops also lend herbaceous, earthy, and resinous notes to the profile. Our Kveik IPA finishes fairly dry while being effervescent and refreshing. Coming in at 4.5% ABV, it’s the perfect sipper for your summertime activities.

On tap at the brewery. White head with lace. Slightly hazy straw yellow.

A very interesting ipa. Very green and earthy with a odd hop profile. Some pineapple and tropical fruit, but something I can’t put my finger on.
