Bonny Bells is a heather Ale brewed with heather tips and wildflower honey. The name is inspired by the poem “Heather Ale” written by Robert Louis Stevenson. This beer was brewed by Jared (brewer – formerly packaging), Nick (packaging), and Ben (packaging). Bonny Bells has gentle strawberry cream and honey flavors on the nose with hints of dried rose hips and lavender. There is a subtle earthiness and floral taste, as well. It’s a smooth, sweet, beer with low bitterness and a crisp finish.
