L-Golds color...nice frothy white head
S-Aroma is fresh citrus...hints of strawberries and melons
T-The taste is unique...cantaloupe, muskmelon and strawberries....
F-Medium bodied...no real bitterness...
O-I was excited to try this and it is definitely enjoyable but probably not as outstanding as I had hoped.

12 oz can canned 9/26/25 Batch 3710 into a Becher glass.
L: Pours a straw caramel gold color with a 1/4" white head that recedes to froth, good steady carbo, some loose webby lacing with half banding.
S: Biscuit malts, fruits, a berry note, a mild dank note.
T: Caramel malts, fruits, a berry note, strawberry, pink grapefruit, green melon rind, honey, a suggestion of peach, tastes are medium-bright, a lingering pine resin and citrus zest note takes the lead halfway through then lingers.
F: Brisk and gently juicy with a medium-light bodied mouthfeel and a medium length dry punchy finish.
O: A delightfully flavorful IPA. Quite fruity and a bit punchy tasting and feeling. Again, delightful. It has a lingering bitter finish and has a good level of caramel malts to back up the playful hop flavors. Very easy to drink and I wish it were sold in 16 oz cans. It is outstanding in its style.

At the taproom, served in a snifter, pours a clear light yellow/amber, minimal head and retention. Nose is definitely the best part of this one…I feel like I’m in the middle of a patch of strawberries that is right next to a peach orchard, as well as some sweet floral notes. Taste, though, comes through with a little strawberry, but I don’t get much more…maybe a little nondescript citrus…? Flavors are very fresh and clean, but it is a little too clean. Fairly moderate in terms of bitterness, moderate to high in carb. Not sure I’d know this was a freshie, apart from the nose. Also, not a big fan of this particular hop, I guess.
