A braggot is a hybrid of beer and mead, brewed with both malted grain and honey, bringing together malt structure and floral honey character in one layered, aromatic style.

Light orange with a gentle haze, this birch braggot forms a soft off-white foam with aromas of wintergreen, fresh orange peel, light vanilla and subtle baking spices, layered with floral, honeyed sweetness.

On the palate, it leans toward minerality, pear and crisp green apple, followed by slight alcohol warmth and a touch of lingering sweetness. Low carbonation and a smooth finish create a softly sweet, warming beer built for winter.
