Brown 330 ml bottle, at home. Poured into a tulip glass. Beer is unpasteurized and nfiltered with second fermentation in the bottle. Lots of yeast visible, resting on the bottom of the bottle.
WOw, the amount of head on this beer is ridiculous. Opens with a gush, I poured it very carefully as not to disturb the yeast and yet it managed to give me four full fingers of foam. White in colour, soapy, takes ages to go down. The beer itself has a deep orange golden colour, light ruby as I raised it against the light.
Oh, finally, the head has gone down, so I can smell the beer a bit. On the aroma it has malts, some peach notes, quite a bit of alcohol and some sugar too.
Sweet maltiness at first, quickly turns to very bitter and very hoppy on the aftertaste.
Medium on the body, very dry on the palate and again, so much carbonation that it actually makes it difficult to recognize some of the different flavours on the taste.
Very god beer overall, if they could jusy cut a bit of the carbonation while keeping all the rest the same it would be even greater.
