Pours a clear, copper color. 1/3 inch head of a white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of pale malt, slight sweet malt, hint of hop, hint of raspberries, and a hint of strawberries. Neither the raspberry nor the strawberry aroma smells fresh or strong. Fits the style of a German Pilsner. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of strawberries, fake/syrupy raspberries, pale malt, slight sweet malt, and a hint of hops. Overall, excluding the fruit this was an average pilsener, but the fruit did not taste fresh nor distinctly of real fruit, but instead maybe of concentrate or syrup.
