The Hopp y anniversary is a solid offering from Jack alope. The beer poured a hazy copper with thin white head that is leaving a nice lace. The scent is faint small amount of fresh hops that leans toward pine. The taste was bitter through out with pine tones. There was a malt balance that bordered on sweet. The m outhfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall this is a solid offering. Overheard the beer was made with ten different hops. IBU is. 70.
