A - A slightly hazy goldenrod yellow with a one finger white head. Minimal head retention and minimal lacing.
S - Nice wheat with big lemon and more subtle orange and pine notes.
T - Follows the smell, wheat backbone, front half of the palate. Well balanced very refreshing.
M - Medium body, medium carbonation, a little creamy.
O - Very nice wheat beer, pretty refreshing, nothing complicated about this beer.

Clear golden colour with a large, creamy white head. Nice head retention. Good lacing.
Slightly lemony but there’s really no aroma so to speak. Very mild.
Grainy malt with a touch of tart wheat. Otherwise clean and a bit sweet. A little herbal.
Medium-light body with moderate carbonation. Fine.
I don’t really like this. The sweetness doesn’t work for me and the flavour is just a bit off.

App: Pours clear... so it's a filtered wheat... with 1 finger of white head, subtle lacing and good carbonation. The head sticks around mostly, turning into a ring after a couple of minutes.
Smell: Reminds me kinda of a wit... and definitely doesn't smell like a hefe to me. I can pick out some spice, what I think is coriander, but no citrus or fruity yeast characteristics. The malt backbone is the most noticeable, however.
Taste: Crisp tasteless start to the palate followed by some slight hoppage and a nutty malt aftertaste. I didn't expect as much hoppage for the style, but they're spicey hops and it's alright.
Mouthfeel: A little to sharp or carbonated that eases slightly as it warms, but not enough for me to fully enjoy drinking it.
Drinkability: Pretty easy to drink, the sharpness of the mouthfeel takes away from the overall experience, but the taste is pretty good. I don't consider this an hefe weizen at all, but an american wheat beer.

Draft at the Lost Coast Brewery and Cafe. A cloudy golden pour with a medium sized white head that left decent lacing. Clearly a wheat in the aroma along with a hint of hops. Favor is light malt with some fruit, mostly banana. The mouthfeel is actually quite nice, and while overall this beer is a little light, it is very easy to drink and has a fine finish. A good example of an American Wheat.

A bit darker than most of the wheat's I've had. Nice flavor. Clove type spice makes for a unique taste. I bit heavier than whirlwind wheat, and a bit more spicy. Sweet after taste. Longer lasting head than a lot of the wheat's. I recommend this beer. I'm having one now,and enjoying it!!

Tap@Lost Coast. Clovey banana, mostly lemon and hops, clovey though, not bad, one of the better American wheats ive had. Tastes quite german to me , but there are some fairly obvious American influences, but this was nice and pleasant drinking. Tasty.
