Pours a clear mahogany with a low head (bad pour?) with good retention.
There's a definate hint of oak on the aroma, as well as some weird, agressively floral (centennial?) hops.
In the flavor the oak element and strange, super-floral hops carry through. Despite this being an "imperial," there's really no malt element to note.
Overall, this is a rather unexciting beer, and it does not inspire me to drink any more...
