Our Lost Ghost Hazy Double IPA is bursting with tropical and citrus character. Azacca, Amarillo and El Dorado hops are used extensively to bring out the tropical and citrus fruit notes, mango, cherry, lemon and sweet candy are all at the forefront, with undertones of pine and grapefruit. Paired with barley, oats and wheat to create a smooth, full-bodied and refreshing tropical experience. We keep the bitterness low, and the aroma and flavor big.

A: The beer is hazy yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that quickly settled down, leaving a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of cherry, pear and tangerine are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional hints of candy and watermelon. Only a slight amount of bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied, juicy and a bit crisp on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA is packed with a lot of fruity aromas and flavors but hides its alcohol and bitterness very well.

12oz bottle poured into an IPA nonic. Fairly thick haze in a golden body with a cap of creamy off-white head. Piney and juicy and floral notes of zingy somewhat pithy hops, with some juicy, semi-sweet tropical notes within a bready malt backbone. Mild impressions of grapefruit and very faint pineapple/sweet candy; somewhat dank and faintly resinous as well. Moderate bitterness in a medium-to-full body. More West Coast than NEIPA but very enjoyable.
