On tap at RJ's inside the Doubletree Hotel in Sacramento, CA.
Pours a clear gold with a foamy bone head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Tiny dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, and slight grass aromas. Taste is much the same with grain, fruit, and grass flavors on the finish. There is a very mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is an above average beer that is fairly boring but easy to drink in my opinion.
Serving type: on tap.

On tap served in a 16 oz pint glass.
Served in the Brewpub located in Eureka, Ca.
A - Nice clear golden with minimal haze. One finger khaki head with good head retention and good lacing.
S - Fairly weak aroma, grapefruit and wheat dominate.
T - Action mainly in the front and side palate, wheat backbone with nice accents of orange and grapefruit citrus and a moderate amount of coriander spice.
M - Medium body, poor carbonation, all the beers I drank on Jan 30, 2012 had problems with carbonation so this feature may change dramatically at a different time.
O - Pretty average blonde, but I did enjoy it and would get it again if I was in the mood for this style
