Amber colored IPA beer with medium persistent compact foam. The taste is characterized by good body, bitter and with reduced effervescence. Balanced and pungent, aroma of floral-herbaceous hops, spicy, citrusy lemon, grapefruit and orange peel.
Pairings with plain pasta, risottos with spicy seasonings, grilled red meats and game.

Genova 25/7 2024. 33 cl bottle from Conti, Via Banchi, Genova. Yellow label with crudely drawn turquoise hand.
Pours slightly unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet and fermented odor of tropical fruits mingling with sharp citrus fruit. Sweet pineapple and mango. Touch of petroleum. Citrus and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fresh and citric.
