Appearance: Clear deep gold body beneath a creamy bright white head that displays excellent head retention and lacing.
Aroma: Cat piss, grassy, earthy.
Flavor: Less cat piss but still grassy and earthy with added fruit..citrus, apple. Straightforward golden, grainy malt base. Like an IPA without the full bitterness. Dry finish with some lingering grassy notes.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied and crisp with a standard carbonation level.
Overall: Decent beer. A little funky in the nose but otherwise fairly straightforward and basic.
