Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance - The beer is served a clear golden amber color with a one finger head of white foam. The head fades fast to leave a light level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell - The aroma is strong of a grainy and wheaty aroma. Mixed with these smells comes a bit of caramel and toast.
Taste - The taste starts with a very grainy taste mixed with some light caramel and fruit. A bit of hay and grass come toward the end, leaving one with a crisp grainy taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel - The body of the brew is medium to light, with a carbonation level that is medium as well. Overall the feel is decent and makes for an easy drinker.
Overall - A decent pilsner. Nothing too special, but easy drinking none the less.
