Well, it definitely is sweet, perhaps a little too sweet, very spicy cinamon in both the nose and palate, and a very honey like sweetness from the start to the finish. I actually didn't mind it that much, but my only real complaint was the sweetness, and probably the lack of bitterness or even roastiness to balance it out a bit. still, its good to see an Aussie brewer experimenting a bit, even if it isn't so great.
