Third of a litre, served in a Pilsener style flute.
A: Reddish bronze, semi opaque, small head which didn’t hang around too long, minimal lacing.
S: Oak and dark chocolate but aroma wasn’t overly pronounced.
T: Strong hints of oak, cherry and caramel, started on the sweet side, but bitterness
increased slightly.
M: Minimal carbonation, medium to thick body, fairly smooth.
O: Hard to classify, for me more of a Dunkel, not outstanding but drinkable.

Not sure which style to pop this into: anyone who wishes can convert it to the correct, or better choice when ever they feel the need!
My second draught beer in the difficult to find brew house: the beer comes in their standard 0.3 litre tall thin, handled glass: just like the other three beers I tried. An off-white head sat above a dull medium red/brown coloured body, slight haze to the brew, otherwise it looked fine.
The nose was of malt sweetness, caramel molasses sort of smell, no hop presence found in my sniffs.
The taste was also on the malty side, but the body seemed weak and thin, being unable to carry the flavour too well. The beer had a semi-bitter finish from the hops and the 5.2% ABV couldn’t be found it the taste, and some fruitiness was found mid-sip: but I still thought it to be of shallow depth body wise.
Just a little disappointed with the overall package, but glad I tried it (Jan 2012).

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
