Draught 0.3 litre glass at the brewery tap on a January evening 2012: this was my third beer of the four available that evening.
The beer looked every inch a Weizen: being very cloudy and murky looking. I suppose the body colour could be called dirty orange: the head, well formed, lasting and lace giving, was definitely white in colour.
It did have the regular aromas and tastes of a typical Weizen, but not over stated or strong: so I got mild amounts of banana and vanilla with mixed clove/coriander/spiciness in the smell and mouth flavours. I found it pleasant without getting overly excited, certainly easy to drink: would have been better on a hot sunny afternoon rather than the cold night I encountered it.
