16oz canned 9-22-20, opened 12-26-20.
2 finger white head. Slow fade to a solid and fluffy 1/4" cap.
Straw golden with great clarity and active carbonation. Patchy lacing.
Sweet malt, spicy and grassy hops with some minerality. Pils malt dominates the aroma over the hops.
Malty flavors of honey and dough. Some spicy/grassy hops.
Light body, medium carbonation. Initially clean and close to crisp in the mouthfeel but not quite.
Grows a touch flabbier later. Mostly dry finish (touch of residual malt sweetness).
Very Good.
