16oz canned 9/16/20. Opened 1/23/21.
2 fingers of off-white head with very good retention.
Deep golden colored pilsner with excellent clarity. Patchy spots of lacing.
Classic - bread/doughy malt, light sulfur, and grass/hay hop aroma.
Clean and simple, nice balance and very good drinkability.
Bright entry, light body, medium + carbonation and very close to crisp mouthfeel.
Some sweetness up front but dries out with a moderate but persistent bitterness.
Very Good.
