Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance- The brew is served a clear golden color with a small white head. The head fades over a moderate amount of time leaving a light lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell - The aroma is a mix of cracker and bready malt mixed with grapefruit citrus and herbal hop. Along with these smells comes a light earth and a bit of pine.
Taste- The taste begins with a light bready and grainy taste mixed with herbal and grapefruit hop. As the taste advanced, the herbal gets stronger while the grainy decreases. At the same time some earthy and pine hop come to the tongue, leaving one with a some crisp and slightly dank taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel- The body is slightly thinner and more crisp with a higher carbonation level. Good for the style and flavors.
Overall-. A nice IPA overall with good flavors and an easy drinking style.
