On April 8, 2024 at 1:36PM, Austin will experience a total solar eclipse. The last time that happened was 1397. To celebrate this shared cosmic occurrence, we teamed up with our good friends at @meanwhilebeer and @zilkerbeer to make a truly stellar beer.
A fusion of Aurora, Eclipse, Luminosa, and Mosaic hops radiate a blinding peachy intensity, backed by a soft twilight haze from flaked oats and wheat. (Don't you wish a moon would come block our sun puns?)
This is part of a larger, national collaboration organized by the @simonsfoundation, featuring breweries from Texas to Maine.
