Clear light gold pour, thin but steady head to start. Nose shows Pils, herbs, floral. Head slowly retreats to a ring.

Taste is bready Pils, new mown hay, nice floral notes, a little apple, sweet herbs like thyme. Light mouthfeel, little oily. Finish is steady sweet malt with more of the sweet herbs for good show. Nicely made, quaffable. Feel like I am drinking a fresh local beer in a German speaking part of Europe.
