On draft at Tap and Barrel, Smithtown, NY.
Poured a deep copper hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was decent retention and lacing.
The smell featured clean caramel malts and a spirited earthy hop spice.
The taste consisted of a grainy caramel with a spicy herbal hop.
The mouthfeel was typical of the style with a mellow carbonation.
Overall a tasty local IPA.
