330 ml bottle into pint glass, best before 10/2016. Pours lightly hazy pale golden color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of lemon, pear, apple, white grape, cracker, bread, herbal, straw, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Nice complexity and solid balance of earthy hops, pale malt, and fruity yeast ester notes; with good strength. A bit too fruity in the nose covering up the malt character, but not too bad. Taste of lemon, pear, white grape, cracker, bread, herbal, straw, grass, light pepper, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Fair amount of earthy/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, pear, white grape, cracker, bread, herbal, straw, grass, light pepper, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice balance and robustness of earthy hops, pale malt, and fruity yeast ester flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium-high carbonation and medium bodied; with a very smooth, crisp, and slightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with no warming present after the finish as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is a very good Kolsch style. All around good robustness and balance of earthy hops, pale malt, and fruity yeast ester flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.

330ml bottle. ½ pt Tumbler glass. Enjoyed on agt´12. Pale gold color. Chill haze. White, medium size bubbled, lively carbonated froth. Thin & lasting crown. Fresh yeast & floral aromas with a light ripe fruit hues. Clean bitterness at first sip followed by slightly malty & fruity touch. Light to medium body. Moderate carbonation. Oily to watery texture. Citric hop in the middle lingers into a dry, clean, bitter finish. Underlying resins on the aftertaste. Very easy drinkability. Refreshing, nice spot of the Style & good alternative to “acidic” lagers.

Dark blonde color, chunks of yeast, turbidity. White, average foam.
Malt in the smell, a little bit of dryness, some grassy hop, quite fresh.
Very watery in the mouth, light taste, not a lot left in the taste.
A light fruitiness (pear, white peach, something tropical), not very alike to the style.
A bit too watery, fruity, maybe leechees.
A quite atypical Kölsch.
