Copenhagen 18/11 2018. 75 cl bottle from Mikkellers Webshop. A pair of Horns - the trademark of Logsdon and some hops intertwined with some brewing equipment.
Pours hazy pale yellow with big, bubbly, white head. Settles as thin layer of foam almost succeeding in covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma has solid touch of sweet lemonade with strong tart berry notes. Green unripe gooseberries. Moderate presence of funk.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery and lively texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by slightly stronger sourness. Aftertaste is more lemonade than tart berries. Moderately funky.
Not bad even though a bit conventional for Logsdon. A little thin and could use an extra touch of funk. But I might be drinking this a tad too early.

On tap as Sessionable. Thanks, Chris!
A clear light yellow with a dense, white head, this looks great. The nose is a blend of straw-like pils malt with a noticeable Brett barnyard note, quite pronouncedly funky. White pepper, clove and a touch of horseblanket are present as well. This is true of the palate as well, though there is a little bit of a thinness that makes this feel just a little watery. That said, this is a great Brett'd grisette-like beer. Recommended.
