Small lot blend of Spontaneously fermented Ale aged in French oak barrels with tart Danube and Jubileum cherries from the Hood River valley. Blended from some of our oldest spontaneous casks and bottled still.

Very dark ruby red, clean pour. Tart cherry, oak, vanillins, spon barrel funk and playful lacto. Taste is more juicy with the cherry, good funk, plenty of oak and lacto, with slight apple and cranberry behind it all. Feels tart, wild, oaky, and has a cool kiss of acid. Nice spon kriek, but very young
