Clearly a modern Pacific Northwest-style India Pale Ale, inspired by some of our favorite hoppy beers brewed by friends.
Flavorful and aromatic, heavily hopped and dry-hopped with many of our favorite classic and modern PNW-grown hop varietals.

I obviously love this beer. It is very clear and clean. Local store not carrying it anymore. Looking for it.

First characteristics are true to a Pacific Northwest IPA. After a pint can is emptied into a clear glass liter mug, the light amber and slightly hazy ale may be observed. There's nice and durable head and lacing. The less than overpowering smell is of piney and dry hop bitterness. The malt base is adequate, but the hoppiness, as forewarned by the aroma, is subdued. This is a pleasant drinking beverage, nonetheless and may be more accessible to many beer drinkers because it's not overly bitter.

Canned August 27, 2020. Opened 10.10.20 - 2020 can says 6.2% (interesting?)
L - clear golden, limpid oils visible after the head died down. Decent (not rich) lacing.
S - fresh floral West Coast hops here; reminds me a bit of Blind Pig. Bitter daisies and some dank Earth.
T - More of the same, dank, Earthy, good old school iPA at a nice proper, manageable weight. Now it REALLY reminds me of RR Blind Pig. Same weight too.
F - Fantastic - not sure what other reviewers' objections were on an empirical level - this 2020 version is fantastic. Good carbonation, not overwhelming (as is proper to a good IPA).
O - One of my faves of the year for a light IPA, right up there with ORB's Blocks of Light.

Power To The Flower!
Extra pale straw color with a low, white head that quickly slumped to a persistent film covering the beer. Little to no carbonation visible through the crystal clear ale.
Mild aroma for an IPA - this is why breweries ask to keep beer cold - some clean, malt sweetness mixed with earthy and floral hop notes. Dry hopping has lost it's terp kick it seems but still a clean, hop aroma.
Flavor is hop forward with strong, grassy hop flavor and bitterness.
Highly attenuated the malt is apparent on the tongue but not in the flavor.
The body is light + and lacks mouth feel and malt sweetness for balance.
The 6.8% abv comes forward in the finish to blend with the warming, piney hop flavors that linger in the throat.
This drinks more like an Extra Pale to me, but still in the IPA ballpark.
