Our special variation of our seasonal oak-aged peach beer brewed with Pacific Northwest grown fresh whole peaches, the Peche ‘n Brett Reserve blend contains a higher than typical concentration of fruit refermented in French oak wine casks and aged for a longer time period than our standard process, creating an elevated complex oak character with enhanced peach aroma and flavor, working in concert with subtle hop and malt elements, followed by brettanomyces-derived fruity funky dryness.
A third fermentation provides carbonation with added aromas and flavors in the bottle. We recommend chilling the bottle for at least 24 hours before opening and serving in a proper glass.

750mL (batch 2020, bottled 9/22/2020) into a tulip. Pours a slightly hazy golden straw w/ a 1-finger white head.
Aroma is the expected tart funk with an edge of fruity sweetness. Grassy, dry, enticing.
Taste is likewise bright, tart and grassy; biscuity malt with an underlying sweetness from the peaches and a touch of mineral. Clean dry oak shines through.
Mouthfeel is crisp and refreshing, super drinkable.
Overall a wonderful saison/American wild.

Cloudy golden pour with a thick white collar. Nose is just as incredible as the orignal: huge peach with white wine, complex french oak, hints of lemon zest, brett, and hay. Taste is similar to the original but with way less minerality and funk, wine and earth enhanced. Feel is bright, decently funky, oak laden and playfully sour. Prefer the original, but comes down to preference with the peach flavoring you like accented
