16oz can into a pint glass. Canned 4/28/21, so 10 weeks old.
Looks very good in the glass. Faintly hazy yellow body with good carbonation. Big bright white foamy head persists in good form throughout leaving layers of lacing.
Some floral notes on the nose.
On tasting, quite dry, floral spice notes. A little sweetness now and then, even a touch of bitterness. well balanced.
Mouth a little above medium, finish in layers, fist sweet, then bitter, then a lasting dryness.
Overall, a very nice lager with some character. Guessing the jasmine is producing the floral notes, good use here.

Clear, pale yellow body; excellent carbonation; thick and frothy white head, rocky and sculpted. Outstandingly fresh and floral aroma; perfumy. Clean, delicate and refreshing taste; light cereal grain flavor; jasmine; subtle bitterness. Light to moderate mouthfeel; gentle, semi-sweet mouthfeel.
This is a pleasurable, refined and tasty lager enhanced with jasmine rice sometime during its creation. Collaboration with Breakside Brewery.
