This beer was brewed to commemorate the 5 year anniversary of 16 Tons Beer Store in Eugene, Oregon. Each year we have the honor of collaborating with one of our favorite breweries. This original creation from Logsdon is dosed with a variety of yeast strains to create delicious flavors of spice and fruit whole also ensuring the beer finished crisp and dry. The kiss of peppercorns in Sech 'n Brett is sure to pair well with a wide range of foods. The flavors will change with time, we suggest keeping a bottle for 6-12 months or more to fully enjoy these developments. Special thanks to Charlie Van Meter who brewed this one.
