This is a "pasta IPA" made with rigatoni in the mash and NY state grown centennial and cascade hops. You can taste the pasta and it lends a wheaty grainy note. I really like it. On cask and made on site. Pumps to a permanent suds head and light lacing. Cloudy as hell and light orange. Aroma is grainy and hoppy. Not a strong AIPA at all. Flavor is mild for style and the rigatoni really comes through. Must have again. Must add rigatoni to my next mash.
