A: Pours a relatively clear medium golden honey in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate golden yellow + orange colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall foamy white head that reduces to large patch of thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Just shy of moderate aromas of citrus/grapefruit zest hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit malts.
T: Upfront there is a just shy of moderate flavor of biscuit malts with just the slightest hint of grainy malt sweetness. That is followed by light to moderate flavors of citrus/grapefruit zest and citrus/grapefruit hops which impart a moderate amount of lingering bitterness.
M: Light to medium bodied with slightly heavier than moderate amounts of carbonation. Initially crisp with a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink and enjoyable with well hidden alcohol - perfect for these warm spring/summer days and perfect if you are out enjoying the lake.
