Pretaste: This seems to be Boliarka's budget/2nd tier brand...
Appearance: Poured from the 500mL green glass bottle into a pint glass. The beer is a typical bright, pale gold color with a two and a half inch pure white head.
Smell: Sourish, grainy smell. Some grassiness in there.
Taste: Some light grainy malt up front. There is a good amount of bitterness here considering the style and the brand. Finishes with a kind of off taste and grass.
Mouthfeel: Average. Nothing noteworthy.
Drinkability: It's a euro pale with 4.1%... really what else can you say.
Notes: Not actually bad considering the price (60 stotinki, about 40 cents). Definitely not something I would seek out by any means, but you could do a lot worse I guess. A lot of people around here would just rather have a Shumensko or even Boliarka for a few stotinki more...
