Hazy yellow color. Good white head. The aroma of wheat and fruits. Yeasty, fruity taste with moderate sweetness. Not the best Weizen, but not too bad.

You can only get this, as far as I know, from the brewery and from a couple of places around Veliko Turnovo. I found this one in a gift set with the glass at the METRO store at the edge of town. Edit: You can find this at the Carrefour in Varna also... Poured from the 500mL brown glass bottle into a branded weizen glass.
A: The beer is a darkish pure orange, nice and cloudy with plenty of yeast floating around. Head is slightly offwhite and about 2.5 fingers in the glass. OK retention.
S: Light citrusy aroma with touches of bread fleeting in and out. Spice character is light. Overall pretty average.
T: Heavy on the citrus. Wheaty, grassy sort of backbone with a touch of malt. Finish is grapefruit with some spices - coriander, cinnamon, clove.
F: Somewhat lacking, a touch watery and not as crisp as I would like.
This is one of the only true attempt at the style in Bulgaria. As such I think it is pretty good by BG standards. Outside of BG this is just an average weiss.
