Bottle: Poured a deep brown color ale with a rather large foamy head with good retention with some good lacing. Aroma of light dry raisins and fruits notes with some caramelized malt notes also noticeable. Taste is also dominated by dry fruits notes with some residual sugar notes and some caramelized malt notes which are also interesting. Body is a bit light for style with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Interesting and quite drinkable but kind of missed the mark in terms of complexity for a dark Belgian ale.

Appearance: It has a nice deep brownish amber color to it. It has a nice light beige head that dies down moderately and leaves little lacing.
Smell: The aromas definitely give out hints of coriander, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, pepper, toasted malts and sweet caramel.
Taste: Like the aromas, it has some spices (coriander, ginger and cinnamon mostly) faint pepper, toasty malts and some caramel.
Mouthfeel: It has a medium carbonation with an average overall balance and feel.
Drinkability: It's a very smooth drinkable beer accompanied with decent flavors and aromas.
