Bottle: Poured a cloudy amber color ale with a large white foamy head (a bit of a gusher actually) with great retention and some lacing. Aroma of funky notes with some tart and vinous notes clearly identifiable. Taste is dominated by mostly dry funky notes with light citrus and tart notes with some vinous notes and a dry hop finish. Body is pretty full with extreme carbonation and no apparent alcohol. This is almost right on the limit of being an infected beer and a great barrel-aged beer and it is very difficult to figure out if the tart note were intentional or not.
