Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a medium foamy head with OK retention. Aroma of lightly sweet malt with light barrel-aged notes is enjoyable enough. Taste is a nice mix of lightly sweet malt notes with some barrel-aged notes of Cognac with some residual sugar and light spicy undertones. Body is about average with medium carbonation and no apparent alcohol notes. Not bad but not sure this is worth the price tag.
