Funky, hoppy, vineuse & un peu surette avec notes d'abricot, mangue, melon, raisins, cuir. Le malt est plus discret. Une bonne Pils sauvage!

I would agree with TimWakimika that this is not a usual pilsner, but a good beer. Cloudy and sour, this was unlike any other pilsner I've tried, but a good beer nonetheless.

Really cloudy beige brew with some carbonation visible and a small white bubble head. Lots of wild yeast in the nose, sweet smell, also some tropical fruits. Starts with a standard pilsner taste then develop into a sour and bitter finish. You also taste some oak flavors but it's subtle after you've swallowed. Really fizzy on the tongue it has a nice feeling. Interesting brew but I expected more hops and less yeast but still good.

Bottle: Poured a clear dark golden color pilsner with a nice large thick foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fruity hops with light cereal notes and a touch of sugar. Taste is a mix between clean cereal notes being somewhat overshadowed by fruity hops with nice dry finish offset by light residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nice take on the style with nice twist by using the NZ hops.

This is not at all a typical pilsner, but I thought it was an excellent beer. Pours a dark beige / light brown that is slightly cloudy. Very aromatic with some tropical fruit notes. Medium bitterness with a slightly sour finish. I really enjoyed this beer, but if you are expecting a classic pilsener you may be disappointed.
