Pours a clear amber-gold. Smells of hops, citrus, and pine needle. Tastes just like it smells, no surprises here, with the hops shining through first and the other flavors coming in secondarily. Good mouthfeel with lots of carbonation but still highly drinkable. A solid version of this beer accessible to anyone who likes hoppy but not-too-hoppy ales.

Dark golden beer with a nice 1-finger white head.
Good mix of hops and yeasts un the nose. Really nice Simcoe aroma.
Funkier than expected in the mouth and it's not a bad thing. Good use of the hops, again you detect the characteristics of the Simcoe which is probably my favorite hop variety.
Really nice mouth feel, lots of carbonation.
