Look: Hazy pale orange/yellow color, slight bright white head.

Look: Orange, wheat and out of the can some touch of mint.

Taste: Orange, mixed lemons, some spicies but very smooth, very floral and herbal with a little touche but very little of mint.

Feel: Light to Medium body, medium-high carbonation (hard to drink it in 1 shot), very smooth, goes down really easy. But the aftertaste it's not that impressive like its not very clean, you have that carbonation coming back on ur palet.

So overall would I recommend it ? Sure the floral and herbal taste is fine and I did enjoy it with the smell out of the can, but the feel is just not there.

Would I buy it again ? No, not really

341ml bottle poured into tulip 30/3/12 thanks hoser for the bottle

A pale milky yellow with a shitload of what I assume is yeast, not enough clarity to determine carbonation but a very short lived thumbs width of foam leaves a few patches of lace

S perfume and spice with some cereal and floral aspects, smells pretty strong

T a little sour lemon with a tangy spritzer like quality, its not bad but I'm not loving it either, not quite what I was hoping for after the smell

M light and tangy, the carbonation I couldn't see is there with a mineral and floral aftertaste

O smells good but pretty basic in other areas, not something I'd go searching for

this one would be a tough sell with Blanch de Chambly on the same shelf, perhaps on a hot day but I have many same style options available here I might reach for first

Yé! A new brewery for Quebec. I’m a fan of the work of two of the people involved in this operation so I’m sure they’ll be coming up with some interesting stuff for us beer lovers.

Poured into SA perfect glass.

a- Cloudy and milky yellow. Bubbles forming the head so small and tightly knit, you’d think it was some sort of a fuzz rather than a foam. Nice.

S- Very interesting. A perfume resembling pina colada. Some citrus peel mixed with some very pleasing creaminess. A little spice and yeast kick as well.

t- Similar to the smell but with a real sour bite. Very floral and herbal. Almost like tasting perfume… but in a good way. Chamomille. Maybe a bit watery.

M- Medium to thin bodied. Medium but fine carbonation. Moderatly dry. Chewy and very light at the same time.

O- Quite a good beer. Lots of different and tasty flavors make it interesting but might also make it tireing to the palate if you’re planning on going through a six-pack or so. I’ve been buying a few and will keep doing so. Hopefully they’ll sell
enough to make them a little less expensive.

12oz Bottle

Appearance – Hazy light yellow colour with an average size fizzy white coloured head. There is an average amount of carbonation showing and there is a good amount of lacing. The head lasted for around 5 minutes before it was gone.

Smell - Lemons, coriander/cloves/rosemary, wheat

Taste & Mouth - The beer has a high amount of carbonation. I can taste wheat mixed with lemons and a lot of spices. It seems like a mix of rosemary, cloves, and coriander. It finishes with a lemony and spicy tart aftertaste.

Overall – The smell of this beer really threw me off. It reminded me a bit of a Christmas tree. It wasn't really appealing to me. The taste is different and the beer is worth a try if you happen to see it.

Bottle: Poured a lightly hazy pale yellow color ale with a large foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of coriander and light orange peel is satisfying with an OK wheat malt base. Taste is also a nice mix between some wheat malt with notes of spices including coriander. Body is a bit fuller then average with good carbonation. Nothing earth shattering but nicely drinkable.

***My (unofficial) 1000th beer pic***

Poured from a 341ml. bottle.

Appearance: A hazy lemonade colored body is covered by a white foam that gets spidery but doesn't have good staying power.

Smell: Mint, coriander and other spices along with some fruit. Very nice.

Taste: Where's the flavor??? Spices & lemon juice with some weak fruit but otherwise very bland.

Mouthfeel: Average carbonation but the body is really not lively.

Overall: A total miss IMO. Drinks easy but i didn't want to finish my glass. Tastes stale but i know for a fact that it makes less than a month it's been released. Don't bother with this one at all.
