Copper brown with beige head, low carbonation.
A hint of molasses?
Quite sweet caramel malt and honey and a toch of mint.
Very easy to drink but quite sweet. No bitterness. Nice warmth from the alcohol.
Pleasant but one is enough.
500ml bottle basement temp.

Poors a deep, hazy amber colour with a tan head that quickly drops. The smell is dominated by equal parts fruity english yeast, and sugary caramel and toffee. Taste is quite sweet. Caramel malt and honey sweetness take over, and the fruity english esthers are still quite present. I feel like it leans more towards an ESB or some other malty english style rather than a Brown Ale. It doesn't have any nutty or toasty qualities to it. Carbonation is prickly but the finish is far from dry. Overall, it was interesting at first but the pint was hard to finish the more I drank the more cloying the sweetness became.

Pretty dark brown in color with nice carbonation and a big beige head. Smell of sweet malts and some roasted malts too. I guess it's smell like honey too, but I gotta admit I'm not really sure what honey smells like. Doesn't taste bad. I feel like it taste like an ESB with honey added, which is a great combo. A little too sweet for my liking but it's better than the only other Honey Brown I've tasted (Sleeman's).

Pours an almost opaque brown capped by a nice foamy head. The sweetness of this brew is very present, a nice mixture of honey and caramel. At first the taste is very bland however as the brew warms its sweet side is revealed. The balance of honey and caramel adds a nice dimension to an otherwise average beer. Let this one warm before you enjoy!

Bottle: Poured a medium brown color ale with a rather large foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of honey and caramelized malt is pleasant. Taste is a mix between some caramelized malt with distinctive honey notes and light cereal notes are also noticeable. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nothing to write home about but nothing to complain either.
