Pint at the Variety Playhouse.
Pale Hazy golden amber body. Weak head.
Spicy and, to a lesser extent, citrusy aroma.
The flavor is moderately strong for the style, with negligible banana and ample hints of lemon.
Light-medium body with good carbonation.
O: recommended lemony version of the style.

Appearance: Presented a clouded, pale straw-hued body with a slim, white head.
Smell: Soft, hewn hay, ultra fine pale malted barley. Only on a deep, sincere sniff does the beer reveal notes of spice and citrus. Really, a light aroma overall.
Taste: Pale malted barley, slight slim milk milkiness. Lightly sweet. A touch of coriander yields to the also fairly light orange peel flavor. The beer dries out fairly quickly, leaving a spicy, smooth finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-low carbonation.
Overall: A competent witbier, though I'd prefer a bit more carbonation.
