On tap served in a tulip glass.
Golden-orange in color with minimal head.
Grassy-herbal aroma.
Fresh hop taste with slight bitterness and a smooth finish. The hops come through beautifully but it's well-balanced and isn't a flat out hop bomb. It doesn't have a strong alcohol presence at all.
Moderate carbonation. It isn't flat but it isn't like soda pop either.
Mouthfeel is smooth and easy but with no stickiness to it.
Overall a superlative beer of very high quality. If they sold growlers of it I would have gotten some to take home to SC.
